The Forgotten Lights is the solo project of Blue Mountains-based songwriter and producer Graxie. Blending modern indie rock with 90s alternative and grunge influences, the project draws on the spirit of Death Cab for Cutie, Something for Kate, and the Sydney indie scene of the 2000s—bands like Bluebottle Kiss, Big Heavy Stuff, and Todd Sparrow.
Following the 2021 debut EP Letting Go, The Forgotten Lights has released three singles: “Comedown,” “Love Them Hard,” and the deeply personal “Ode To Thee”—a reflection on the night Graxie’s mother passed. With more music on the way, Graxie is open to collaborations with other artists as a songwriter and producer.
